RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – STATMAX

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at:

support@statmax.ie

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

30-DAY RETURNS (STATMAX POLICY)

In addition to your legal rights, STATMAX offers a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions:

  • Unworn / unused
  • Tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • Proof of purchase

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

REFUNDS (EU COMPLIANCE)

If you cancel within your legal 14-day period:

  • You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

For standard returns:

  • Refunds are issued after inspection
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once approved
